Hassan Montazer Tobati, head of Iran's National Natural Gas Corporation (NIGC), announced that the company plans to increase LPG exports in the next calendar year (starting on March 21, 2019). He said that liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in Iran is being produced in large quantities and can be exported to the global market.
As previously announced, in the first half of this year (from March 21 to September 22, 2018), Iranian National Natural Gas Corporation exported 7.1 million tons of liquefied petroleum gas and earned $250 million in revenue.
